Premier of Mongolia wants to introdukce European standards - obrázek

Prime Minister S. Batbold received Monday Yoshiteru Uramoto, Deputy Director-General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).  The Premier said Mongolia intends to introduce European standards in all spheres, and managed to agree with the UNIDO to cooperate in implementing the policy on the above intention. Batbold mentioned about the UNIDO's research into industrial policy of Mongolia which was carried out early 1990s, and emphasized that this research yielded a vital effect to the development of Mongolia. As Administration of Ulaanbaatar city says, every second of the Mongolians resides in the capital city.

A one city-based family has approximately 4.2 members, 45 couples get married receiving all official documents, and three couples divorce cancelling their marriage certificates per day. About 75 babies are born in the city a day.

According to the migration statistics, 78 people move to the capital city, and 29 people move from UB to localities a day, 1,284 foreigners arrive in Ulaanbaatar to work, tour, reside and in other lines.
